Are the apartments suitable for allergy sufferers?
Yes, we use hypoallergenic bedding and blankets, and pets are not allowed. The apartments have laminate flooring and no carpets.
How does the check-in and check-out process work?
We prefer to meet you in person, but we also have a key safe for individual arrivals.
Are cancellations possible and what are the conditions?
Cancellation policy: free of charge up to 60 days before check-in, then 50% up to 10 days before check-in, less than 90% cancellation fee.
